What sizes do you make?
Covers for spares from 14″ to 17″ — which fits most caravans, campers, 4WDs and SUVs. You give us the tyre code off the sidewall of your spare (it looks like 225/65R17, and can differ from your road tyres), and we work out the rest.

The Design Studio checks your code as you type it. Odd sizes and formats — email us before ordering and we’ll tell you straight if we can do it.
What’s the cover actually made of?
A full-print polyester cover with an elasticised back, printed edge to edge with your artwork. It’s weather-resistant and UV-printed, and it’s covered by our 12-month warranty against print defects, premature fading and seam failure — if any of that happens, photo it and we replace or refund.
Straight answer to a fair question: it’s a soft printed cover, not a hard shell. The thing you’re paying for is the artwork — the cover is the canvas it ships on.
How long does it take?
Design concepts land 3–5 business days after you order. Then it’s your pace through two included rounds of changes. Once you approve, printing and delivery take about 3–4 weeks, tracked. All up, most covers go from story to spare in 4–6 weeks.
Ordering for Christmas or Father’s Day? Order early or grab a gift voucher — the voucher makes the design session part of the present and skips the deadline entirely.
What if I don’t like the design?
You’ll never be stuck with a design you didn’t approve — nothing prints without your written okay. Two full rounds of changes are included, and most designs land in one. If we genuinely can’t get there, you get your money back minus $49 for the design work done.
What if I don’t like the actual cover when it arrives?
Send it back within 7 days of delivery — any reason — and we refund 100% of what you paid, design work included, within 5 business days of it reaching us. Return postage is the only cost you carry. That’s on top of your Australian Consumer Law rights, never instead of them.
Can you put my footy team’s logo on it?
No — club logos, brand marks and cartoon characters are trademarked, and we don’t print them. What we can do usually lands better anyway: your team’s colours, your wording, your family as the players. Same rule for celebrity faces and imitation Indigenous artwork — we’ll always offer you a strong alternative.
I run two spares — a tandem setup. Do you do a deal?
Yes: the second cover is half price when ordered with the first — $119 during the launch offer. It carries the same artwork as the first (we can vary the wording if you like), sized to its own tyre code, so the back of your van matches instead of arguing with itself. Want a completely different design on the second spare? That’s a second commission — call us and we’ll sort something fair.
Who owns the design?
We keep the copyright in the artwork; you get the printed cover plus a digital keepsake copy for personal use. If you ever want the design as a framed print, stubby holders or anything else — talk to us, that’s the fun part.
What happens to my photos and story?
They’re used to make your cover, and that’s it. Nothing goes in the gallery or on social media unless you’ve ticked yes. The full detail — including how we handle information with our design tools — is in our privacy section.
