Fun Covers (operated by Ryan Ramsay, ABN [BUSINESS ABN — TO CONFIRM]) is collecting the information on this form so we can design and print your commissioned spare wheel cover, and, if you say yes below, feature your finished cover in our gallery and marketing.
What we’re collecting. The details you type or upload here: your name, email, phone, postal address, tyre code, the story you want on your cover, any photos you send us, and vehicle or family details you choose to include.
Why we need it. We use it to:
- design the artwork for your cover and refine it with you by email
- print your cover at the correct size and post it to you
- if you consent below, share your finished cover in our online gallery, on social media, and in marketing material
Who else sees it. Payment details go to our payment provider, or stay with your bank when you pay by transfer. Delivery details go to our print and shipping partner. When we design, refine, or promote your artwork we also use outside creative and AI tools, currently including but not limited to Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Anthropic Claude, and OpenAI ChatGPT. Before your information goes into any of those tools we de-identify it: names removed or changed, faces and number plates blurred where relevant, story details generalised so nobody could work out it’s you. This list of tools changes over time; ask us any time for the current list.
If you’d rather not share something. Everything on this form is voluntary. If you don’t give us enough to design from, we won’t be able to make your cover. There’s no penalty; we just can’t take the commission.
Your rights. You can ask to see what we hold, ask us to correct it, withdraw your consent later, or ask us to delete it. You can also lodge a privacy complaint with us or with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au). Full detail is in the Privacy section of our Terms & Warranty.
